Do you offer sliding scale or reduced-cost services?
Yes. We reserve a limited number of reduced-rate client spaces each quarter for individuals experiencing financial hardship or special life transitions.
If you’re in need of support but unable to afford our standard rates, please contact us to inquire about availability. Requests are reviewed with care and confidentiality.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds to pay for services?
Yes, most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used to pay for nutrition services. We recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm coverage for medical nutrition therapy or supervised CNS care.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not currently bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
How do your care plans work?
All services begin with an initial consultation. From there, you can choose single sessions, short-term packages, or ongoing care plans. Ongoing plans are auto-renewing and offered only to established clients who have completed an initial consult.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.
