
Refund & Return Policy

Esher Nutrition & Wellness, LLC maintains separate policies for clinical services, digital products, and physical merchandise. Please read the appropriate section below:
1. Clinical Services
All clinical services are final sale and non-refundable. These services are delivered by a nutrition professional operating under supervised practice as required for certification and licensure. Clients are encouraged to contact us in advance with questions prior to booking.
2. Digital Products
All digital product sales (e.g., wellness guides, downloads) are final due to the nature of instant delivery. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital content.
3. Physical Products (Apparel & Merchandise)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Final Sale items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
We reserve the right to refuse any return deemed excessive, fraudulent, or abusive. Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Shipping
We only ship merchandise to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
